The Internet Of Thing ( IOT ), that we
create is based on employment system. This system begin with student pointer
after grading. After grading, the system will send the name of people who get
excellent result to company that need their skills. Then, automatically that
student will go to that company to do industrial training before selected to join
the company. In the training period, the will provided with implanted microchip
in their forehand. The planted chip is intended to track all the actions and
results of the work done by the student. not only that, it is also used to
locate the student's position while at work. This employment system also can
detect the behaviour of the recruit. If the recruit does not match with the
requirement, the system automatically will unlisted them to work with that
company and send their resume to alternative system.
In alternative system, they will go on with next process
which is interview. This process is only includes people who score in academic
but did not pass the training session. This is to make sure that people who
excellent in study but did not have skill that company needed also get work in
industry. In interview session, the recruit does not have to bring their own
resume because all of their background will appear to the system. They cannot
cheat about their background, it is also will save the process of interviewing
because the recruit did not have to pass their resume to them. In this process
recruit must tell their interviewer about their intrest and talent. Then, the
interviewer will classify them according to their interests and talent. Then,
they will be training again into company that match with them.
